WINDOW REPAIR SERVICE
The Keller Window Cleaning and Repair Company also offers window repair services for both residential and commercial establishments.
Let’s start with our home window repair service. Some of the most common problems with windows in homes result from broken window seals as well as going beyond the saturation point of the absorbent material that the manufacturer puts inside the thermal window. Those common problems include condensation in windows, foggy windows, and moisture in windows.
As time goes by, the moisture inside a home is going to enter the spaces between the window panes of house windows. It’s going to build up to such a level where the condensation is going to appear inside the window itself. After a little more time, this problem is only going to get worse and spawn a host of other problems such as poor visibility. The result is that the house windows are going to be damaged beyond the point of repair.

We also offer window repair services to businesses. For example, one of the biggest problems of businesses is the unsightly nature of moisture on windows or window condensation. And until recently, the go-to solution for that is window replacement, which can be costly.
But we offer a better solution and that’s our commercial window repair service. It happens to be a more cost-effective solution that’s a far cry from what would be spent in window replacement. Our commercial window repair service is not just budget-friendly, it’s also fast and unobtrusive. There’s no need for you to worry that our process is going to affect the day-to-day operations of your business. That’s not going to happen.
The process that we use for buildings is the same as the one we use for homes. Window moisture is removed by having two or more inconspicuous holes drilled through the window pane located outside. It all starts with the removal of any unsightly stains or deposits through careful washing between the window panes. A solution will then be used to rinse and help with the drying.
Moisture enters through a broken window seal in the bottom spacer bar of a foggy thermal window pane. To cover the bottom spacer bar, a desiccant sealer will be injected. Continued ventilation will be provided by installing vents in the holes drilled into the outside window pane.
